The Monroe County Fair is honored to receive a memorial donation made in remembrance of Ronald Michell.

At the wish of Ron’s four nephews and nieces, this special gift will help create a lasting educational experience for fairgoers. The donation will be directed toward either a milking simulator or an interactive display that shows the journey of how milk is transformed into cheese and cheese curds — celebrating agriculture and helping future generations connect with Wisconsin’s dairy heritage.

In addition, a memorial bench is being created in Ron’s honor, providing a place for visitors to sit, reflect, and enjoy the fairgrounds for years to come.
